This experience ignited a drive that led her and her husband to Reno, where they've contributed to the city's growth through numerous development projects.

Since 2021, Amy has played a key role in The Villas at Rancharrah development, leading marketing and sales strategy while refining her knowledge of luxury construction and design. Her portfolio also includes a luxury spec build and consulting work on multi-family and hotel projects, showcasing her versatility and deep understanding of the Reno market. Amy's clients benefit from her comprehensive understanding of the home building process, gained through hands-on experience in development and construction. 

In today's challenging market, Amy's expertise is invaluable.
